Kickboxing is a stand-up combat sport that combines punching techniques from boxing with kicking techniques from various martial arts, including karate, Muay Thai, and taekwondo. It is a dynamic and versatile martial art emphasizing precision, power, and speed in strikes, while also developing physical endurance, mental discipline, and agility.

Classes consists a warm up, followed by pad work and the heavy bags to drill the basics and learn combinations, developing attack, defence and footwork. We then put it into practice with controlled sparring.

Elements of yoga are added to the classes to improve flexibility and cultivate mindfulness.
